These buildings are two of only a small handful of tilt-up buildings in the state of Wisconsin. Due to the harsh winters and relatively short building window, most industrial buildings in Wisconsin are precast. Our initial plan was to begin construction in June of 2022 and erect both buildings before winter demobilization. However, due to circumstances beyond ViCon’s control, building one foundation did not begin until August 22nd, 2022. Even with this delay, ViCon was able to erect building 1 and complete 80% of the foundation and slab work on building 3 before demobilizing for winter. ViCon remobilized in May of 2023 to complete building 3.
