One of only a few tilt-up buildings in the state of Wisconsin at the time, ViCon worked with the developer to convert the building from precast construction to tilt-up panel construction. Not only did this help save the owner money, it allowed for the building to be completed prior to winter. With foundations beginning in July of 2022, we were able to erect tilt-up panels in early October. This allowed the steel erectors and roofers to complete their scope before winter set in, which in turn provided us the opportunity to complete dock pits and pour back strips inside and under cover.
