Tucson Commerce Center (3 Buildings)

The Tucson Commerce buildings was ViCon’s first project in the Arizona market. The job consisted of 3 separate buildings and over 1 million sq foot of concrete needing to be poured. Our concrete vendor in the area was experiencing shortages and passing along allocations to their customers. Knowing this we designed the pour sequence to limit our slab pours to no more than 37,000 sf. Our first pour was Jan 9th, 2023, and buildings 1 and 2 were erected by April 10th in just over 12 weeks. Building 3 followed shortly after and all despite material shortages and short pours we were able to have all 3 buildings completed on the GC’s schedule.
