ViCon collaborated with KBD to pour 607,160 square feet of slab on grade, 167,176 square feet of Tilt-Up Panels, and 133,140 square feet of paving for a new facility in Greer, SC. The facility’s layout includes a 470-foot deep cross dock and 200-foot truck courts, enhancing the flow of goods. Strategically placed 50’x 56’ bays and 60’ speed aisles ensure swift movement within the warehouse. Initially equipped with 81 loading docks, there is room for expansion with an additional 51 future docks. The building also features 4 drive-in doors, ample parking with 139 trailer stalls, and 571 car stalls, all designed to support a robust logistics operation.
