LOVETT 76

At ViCon, we work closely with our customers to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. During preconstruction at Lovett 76, we collaborated with the customer to lower panel weights by utilizing split panels which allowed us to use a smaller crane and save them both money and time. This building was also being erected during a period where material shortages were commonplace, which could have potentially delayed the project. ViCon worked with Brinkman to redesign the slab from #3 @ 18” OC to welded wire mats which allowed us to use less concrete while providing the same structural integrity the building required. Despite crane availability, material shortages, and weather challenges, we were able to remobilize in the spring and complete the remaining slab placements and tilt-up panels in record time. Our dedication to customer satisfaction and quality workmanship is what sets us apart.
