I-64 Logistics (2 Buildings)

Every project has its own challenges, this was the case with the two I-64 Logistics Center buildings. The first of the two buildings started construction in December 2022. This coincided with the cement shortages that were happening all across the country at that time. ViCon was able to work closely with Contegra, the owner and the ready-mix supplier to be adjust the cement supplier for the project to be able start the project on-schedule. We were able to work through the supply chain issues and the unpredictable winter months and had both buildings erected by May of 2023. ViCon’s ability to adapt and work through any challenges that should arise throughout a project is how we have earned a reputation throughout the industry for continuously meeting or exceeding project schedules regardless of challenges faced.
