At ViCon, we take pride in the fact that when we are awarded a project with a General Contractor that it won’t be one and done. The project at DIA Logistics was no different, working with one of our longtime partners in the industry. This job started in the Spring of 2022 right as concrete allocations started to take hold. Working closely with Brinkmann we reconfigured our pours by making them smaller to handle the inevitable delays in the supply line. We also altered the slab sequence allowing for the tilt up panels to be formed earlier in the process, while scheduling a portion of the interior bays to be completed later. Our ability to consistently meet and exceed our clients' expectations, while delivering projects on time and within budget, has earned us a reputation for excellence in the industry.
