In Savannah, GA, our team at ViCon adeptly manages weather-related delays at a site featuring three warehouse buildings. Facing setbacks, particularly at Building 1 with 439,945 square feet of slab on grade and 119,973 square feet of Tilt-Up panels, we adapted placement sizes to over 80,000 square feet to maintain the project schedule and adjusted manpower to execute the final construction on multiple buildings at the same time. Building 2, spanning 1,022,445 square feet of slab on grade and 223,367 square feet of Tilt-Up panels, and Building 3, with 1,106,303 square feet of slab on grade and 237,981 square feet of Tilt-Up panels, also benefit from our proactive approach. Despite challenges, our commitment to excellence ensures project success.
